TULKARM, West Bank, Feb 25 (Reuters) - The 15-year-old Palestinian girl had a knife and a death wish. So when Moura Shalhoub ran towards an Israeli army checkpoint in the West Bank on Monday brandishing her blade, the soldiers' shouts and warning shots failed to stop her, Israeli military sources said.

She was cut down in a volley of bullets.

Her father said she had left a suicide note behind signed "the living martyr, Noura Shalhoub".

In it, she wrote: "Through my operation, I have decided to send a message to the occupation that there is no safety on our soil for Jews."

Shalhoub also left a second note for her classmates, asking them to "bring up your children on the love of Jihad (holy struggle)" and to "pray that God will accept me as a martyr".

Her father, Jamal, a veterinarian, said he was proud of his daughter, the eldest of five children.

"She is the martyr of the Palestinian people. She has martyred herself for the sake of Palestine," he said.

Yeah...we believe.

Can someone please explain to me how Israel has benefitted from the Oslo Peace Accords, the Camp David Agrrements, or any of the other cockamamie 'peace' initiatives that the US and the Europeans have been trying to shove down their throats over the last quarter century?

They gave the Sinai Peninsula back to Egypt, and wound up just moving the terrorists' base of operations from Cairo to the Gaza Strip.

They permitted the Palestinian Authority to become a 'police' force and the West Bank and wound up giving the terrorists a steady source of weaponry and ammunition.

They are slowly dismantling the settlements on the West Bank and only adding to the lack of security for those remaining settlements.

They have resorted to using their army as a police force, which as the story above just demonstrated is bound to cause serious problems.

Despite all assurances to the contrary, the average Israeli citizen must feel even less secure now in his own home than he did before the so-called 'peace talks' began!

YES! YES! YES!

They bagged a breeder!  Now the world will be safe from atleast 4-7 little terrorists!  Lucky too, she was 5 years past marrying age, she could have already spawned 3 or 4 little bastards!  

I commend the Israeli soldiers who had the pleasure of gunning down a "martyr" and hope they bag the bad guys before killing any innocents.  

You might think I'm sick for the pleasure I take in seeing that the soldiers had to kill a GIRL, but when you witness 9/11 firsthand and see the aftermath up close, you wish death upon the whole region.

I know you know this...it's not about the land, it has never been about the land. It's about the elimination of a race of people. If it were about land mass and "peaceful" resolution...why did the other Muslim nations kick out the Palestinians from THEIR countries?

We cannot and will never understand their hatred for the Jews...never. What we can do is fight the leaders and soldiers that propagate terror. Mad dogs only understand a big stick...this is what our future will be. Carrying AND using the big stick.

I just hope that socialism does'nt disarm and take away our spirit..if it does,they will conquer and destroy us. It may take 10 or 15 years but, they've been doing this for a thousand years. They will wait.
