Well, if they ban poisonous snakes and snakes that squish their prey to death (constrictors) wouldn't that pretty much ban [b]all[/b] snakes? Is there another kind?

No ponyboy some just grab onto their prey and swallow.

Think of the common garter snake.  They are not poisonous and they do not constrict.
