Buy it and you could ask him when you are cellmates.

That's what I thought--free admission to the Silver Bracelet Club.

Let's see....illegal suppressor......stolen DOD property...carry the two.....should work out to, what, 10 years in prison?

..........airsoft fake ?..............

Let's all go to happy land. This has got to be a set-up, especially given eBay's virulently anti-gun position.

"but i though it was a custom exhaust for my rice burner!"

Any one recognize precisly what it is?

There's always what I call the "Dallas Defense": (thick Texas accent) "Ah din't know THAT!!"

Common fake suppressor/barrel extension for MAC series. No suppression, its just a straight through solid piece of pipe.

So the seller is basically lying about what he's got? That's even better. Some clown's going to buy it off him, and can't really go to the authorities saying "I bought a suppressor off this guy and it doesn't even work!"

That's a heck of a marketing technique he's got there...

Buy my silencer, & I'll throw in a free par of earmuffs.

Yeah, that's got to be a fake. Look at the size of the hole at the non-threaded end. Too big for a surpressor.

Probably a ATF sting operation.

Where's that, "IT'S A TRAP!" photo?

He says it's government issue, with a serial number?

Sting, airsoft or barrel extension w/ false advertising.

I'd put my money on choice number three.

+1

But I would call it out right lying, or better yet....fraud.

It is amazing what folks sell on Ebay.

There is a custom scope mount on Ebay right now, PERMANENTLY attached to a Lee Enfield #1 mk3. Hint, Hint, nudge. Call if you have any questions.

I sent an email and this is the reply i recieved

THIS IS A FLASH SUPPRESSOR NOT "NOT!" A SOUND SUPPRESSOR. THIS DOES NOT REQUIRE A TAX STAMP NOR IS IT AN NFA ITEM. YOU DO NOT NEED A CLASS 3 TO PURCHASE OR OWN AND IT IS SOLD OVER THE COUNTER. THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONCERN, JOEY
