If I'm not mistaken (which is often), most of the pre-ban Benelli's were imported by H&K, so it should be marked as such.

Just because its marked HK doesnt mean squat. I have a post ban M1 marked as such. It is true that you have a better chance its preban. In a few days it wont mean anything at all.

I thought it did matter since the gun is imported. Wouldn't it have to have the correct number of US parts in order to have both a pistol grip and mag extension even after the ban ends? |
