Canada's a strange country, even worse than the US it's controlled by liberal euro weenies in the large population centers. I saw a newspaper article about how in one city (Vancover I think) the cops had to chase the pan handlers and whores off a street so a film crew could use it, the local government made the film crew pay the average "whore/panhandler hourly rate" for the scum they chased off the street.

On the other hand I saw one RCMP officer driving down a back road in Nova Scotia and after having met some of the locals I was wondering what his life expectancy would be if the ca.gov told him to start hauling people in for not registering their guns. I suspect he'd most likely laugh and go home rather than end up as a bear snack. There's some tough, wild land up there, don't make the mistake of thinking that all canadians are like the swishy whimps in Toronto and Montreal.
