Also have a signed ken griffy jr base ball w/ certifiate, also have the same, except a real nice picture w/ board frame, etc etc. Not a clue what either are worth... |

Rummage around on EBay to get an idea what your stuff is worth.
Prob with EBay is that it takes a little time to run the auction to get the best exposure/bids. Might be pushing the edge of your timeframe, even if you started auction right away. |

Get a piece of cardboard, some 3" stencils w/ numbers, and cans of white and black spray paint.
Cut the cardboard with an inside rectangle shape so it will hold the stencils. You may need to practice this. After you are done you go door to door offering to paint people address curb numbers on the sidewalk for them. I usually charge $4-$5 each and with a two man crew have made upto $100 a piece pre day. Seriously, I don't know what your hours are, but you're not getting any overtime so maybe you could get a part-time job working a few hours a night. This may not be practical for you, but if you need the cash, you gotta do something. |

Night job at the Wallyworld Sporting Goods department... $8.00 an hour, 4 hours a night, 5 nights a week equals $160 a week. Figure in losing 25% in assorted deductions, comes to $120 per week take home. Two months of that, and you'd have roughly $960. Work eight hours on a Saturday along with the evening work, and using the same rough math, in two months thats $1300 or so. You can save the other $700 by not eating out, making impulse buys, stretching the funds in general.
