Eggs (Over Easy)
Toast
Bacon
Grits
and a cup of coffee.

Mmmmm.... my favorite. Eating it right now... feeling it clogging my arteries but DAMN that is some good stuff.

Wonder how I can make it better using my Dremel though.

coffee?  fuck coffee..............mix some OJ and beer half and half for a "morning drink" put less OJ each time and repeat as necessary

Sounds perfect, except for the grits. Substitute hash browns for the grits, and you have my favorite breakfast.
And, of course, I have to have a bottle of cold catchup, for the hash browns.

DrFrige: Way too, too much fat & sodium. How do you say, "cardiac arrest?" Grab you chest and say "Ugghhh......"

Lady Rain hates it, but I'm partial to a layer of toast covered with slabs of aged cheddar then smoothered with hot chili with a dash of Tabasco.
After she gets through with the "you aren't really going to eat that for breakfast, are you?"
I get the "something is seriously wrong with your system if you can eat that this early in the day" speech.
I know that this ouldn't be for everyone, but it's a great breakfast for me.
I suppose that it's a good thing that I seldom eat breakfast.

I thought I was the only one who ate weird stuff.

Anyway:

Eggs, bacon, and potatoes all fried in the same pan (bacon and potatoes cut up). Put generous amount of salsa on top, mix up. Juice to drink.

I'll have clogged arteries before I'll eat rabbit food.

Our family regularly has "breakfast" for supper.

Eggs, toast, bacon, sausage, ham, grits, hash browns, pancakes, ect...

Tomatos, picante, cheese, ect, ect....

Good stuff.

Hmmm..none of you guys like a chorizo & cheddar cheese omelette topped with salsa??
I'm a breakfast food junkie. In fact, when I'm camping and/or hunting, breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, and I usually make a good enough one to last me until dinner. Few things smell better than bacon frying in the outdors.
When I was in Maui a few years ago, my dive buddy's sister (who lives there) took us out for breakfast one morning to a "locals" place. We had a dish there called "Loco Moco" and though it doesn't sound to terriffic, it is.
Loco Moco
1 cup white rice (cooked, of course)
lay a fried hamburger patty on top of the rice
lay a fried egg, over easy, on top the hamburger patty
smother the whole mess with beef gravy & enjoy
Now you know why some of those "bruddas" are so huge
