It's moving like molasses for me when I use Netscape Navigator 4.7. Can browse posts (slowly) but can't login to post anything.
However, it's flying like a breeze with Internet Explorer 5.0. Browsing, posting all are fine. And to answer your question, yes, other people are having problems, too. Look at the small volume of posts over the last hour or two. Normally this is prime time for this board but topics aren't moving at all. |

I'm using IE 5.0, and it's as slow as molasses for me, too. It's not your dial-up guys, it's the site.

BTW, As the grammer patrol, I just have to add this:

Im using IE 5.0 and Net 4.78 and its super slow here and I have no neighbors. Also IE is slower than Netscape

Had to reboot the DB server... been doing maint work on it from the office (running scripts to do stuff) all day... so thus the painful slowness!!!
]=) Should be better as I finish running some clean up and return the speed... (Sorry it got late, been a shitty day!) This will most likely happen again tomorrow!!! |
