After I got back from Basic and AIT about 6 months ago I tried to go back and live with my buddies back near college. Only thing was they all got evicted
 So i said fuck it I will crash out at home for a little while, well now I am back at college and I swear I am the only 22 yr old loser living at home. It also seems alot harder to score any action, I can't really take them back to my place, and the backseat is kinda high schoolish. I think my biggest problem is living at home, at our old house it was like a meat market all the drunken girls would spill over from frat parties. Oh man good times...  |

yeah its going to be tough, first you cant use the laid back line of "hey my friends and I are (X) you want to come over and hang out"
I am guessing living at home has killed your confidence and thats where the problems are coming from. Its hard to be cool when your mom and dad are there

Yes....with the girlfriends parents in the next room over....with an all glass sliding glass door between the two rooms...still not sure how we didn't manage to embaress ourselves.

That was over 15 years ago and I was making good money(21.00 dollars an hour for a signal company). Sold that, bought another, sold that one and moved on up again. In my fourth house now. It was a 2bd 1 bath for 89,000. About 6 months before that, when I was living in Az, I had almost bought a 3bdrm for 71,000!! For 92,000 I could've bought a nice house in Awatuhkee. Oh well...

I will give you a good tip, college girls are looking for adventure, a 22 year old dude living with mommy isn't very exciting. move out, get laid repeat as neccessary

I went through the same thing when I got out of the Marines. For 6 months I lived with my dad and it sucked. I did manage to score a couple of times and then I wound up dating my wife. It's not impossible.

Try talking to your parents. Let them know what your problem is, and ask them if they are willing to be 'cool' if you bring chicks over. Maybe they'll even be willing to lay outa sight for a little while... who knows? I mean, what parent wouldn't want their son to get laid, right? Bring the girls over. Hang out on the porch, back yard, wherever... Chicks dig a guy with cool parents, so if you act like their cool, maybe she'll have some fun with it. Good luck!

Bought my first house at 19 (I'm 25 now). It was brand-new, a small 2 bedroom 1 bath, 950 square foot house. I paid $87k for it at the time. I sold it for $120,500 2 years later. Unfortunately, I used the proceeds to pay off a bunch of stuff. Even though I make almost three times what I did when I was 19, I can no longer afford to buy a house here. I now pay $975/mo rent for a two story, 3 bed, 2 bath 1400sq' home. I've seen crappy houses in neighborhoods I wouldn't even THINK of living in for $180k. I'm looking at closer to $220k or so for a place in an area I'd be willing to live. I don't even live in a traditionaly expensive part of the state, either. I live in the supposed valley of the poor, here in central California. No matter. I'm actively looking for work in Ohio. I'm sure I can find reasonably priced homes there. |

I have a career and I still call my parents basement home. I save on rent, and get to use the money for wining and dining :)
Haha, in reality house shopping is tough, don't want to make my first buy just because I have to. I need a yard and some pipes that dont leak! |

Wow... this brings back memories... I had one girl that showed up at my house in a little sailor outfit, just as cute as you please. the things we did... hehehehe and although i did not stick it up *her* pooper, i did manage to stick it up two other girls poopers, although no pix will be forthcoming, as i had other things on my mind rather than photography. |
