Real thing no.  Not without substituing the required # of US made parts.  

FALFiles has some good info on this.

ETA: I don't think there is any distinction on detachable mags or not,  just a listing of forbidden designs.

Update check the '89 ban.

According to the text if it was originally designed to use a magazine it meets the ban requirement.
