Lately I have saw ads for copper coins in the 1/2-1 oz size. I know copper is getting expensive, but does anyone think this will catch on a barter item, or as bullion like silver and gold?

Yes, copper would have to go to 35 dollars a pound for this to pay off.

People will be exchanging bullets, not copper. Unless you are talking about the copper jacketed bullets.

copper .032 strip is what im collecting.. bought $121 of it last friday.. 44 lbs of it..
