With the recent allegations concerning the films that show the Palestinians dancing in the streets in celebrations over the Attack on America of this past Tuesday, I certainly hope that no one accuses this story of referring to anything that happened in 1991 -

"JERUSALEM - An Associated Press videotape of a rally led by the militant group Hamas was confiscated by the Palestinian Authority and later returned after portions of the tape were removed.

"About 1,500 Palestinians marched in a Gaza Strip refugee camp on Friday, burning Israeli flags and carrying a poster of Osama Bin Laden, named by the U.S. governement as the leading suspect in last week's attacks on the United States.

"After the rally, Palestinian police questioned several journalists and confiscated videotape and film from at least four news organizations, including a videotape from an Associated Press Television News cameraman.

"The AP reported on the demonstration and the poster of Mr. bin Laden that was raised during the rally.

"The Palestinian Authority gave the video back Sunday, but two separate parts of the six-minute tape, totaling about 45 seconds, were taken out.

"The Palestinian Authority has sought to prevent coverage of the demonstration in support of the attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon."

This story was taken from today's Dallas Morning News, Page 9A.

Apparently, some in the Palestinian community are so giddy over this tragedy that they can simply not stop dancing!  You would have thought that the bad press they received the other day would have changed their attitude.
Apparently not!

Does anyone believe this story, as well as any other similar stories, is from 1991?
