It stings like a bitch, but there are only 3 ways to clean wounds that are more manly.

In ascending order:

Scrub it out with salt
Cauterize it
Scare the bacteria out of the wound*

That is all.






*this has only been recorded 3 times in medical history. Once was by Chuck Norris and the other two were by Powers Boothe, but he was scaring them out of the wound of somebody he had injured but wanted to live. Powers Boothe does not get wounded.

Depending on the wound I can make it hurt much worse with water. Not sterile just plain water. I can give you pain if that is what you want.
