We've been sending out e-mails for bi-monthly meetings but some people say they don't get them (I'm guessing it shows up in their Spam folder as the e-mail is addressed to about 50 people all at once).

Can we set up a calendar that members can log into (simple 'universal' password for the members) to check for upcoming meeting info (4 or 5 lines of info on the date)...and a more complicated admin password so the organization officers can be the only ones to edit the dates and info?

Preferably through some free (google, yahoo, etc.) service rather than tagged onto a member's website.

(Or other viable options...).

Thanks!

+1 for google calendars. Lots of utility and flexibility, and integrates pretty much automatically with any smartphone.

I avoid Google like the plague. Everything you do they build into your digital profile.

I'm a cheap product and don't mind whoring myself out for the sake of convenience.

Actually looked at that one.

Just wasn't sure how to keep the calendar 'semi-private' overall and only editable by the officers.

Thanks!

OK, looking at both now.

Under Google.....better to set up an organization e-mail/account and share the password with the officers to edit the calendar and then share with the other e-mails on the list?

Or is there a better way?

Thanks!
