I saw three blue ones west bound on I-10 about 2 weeks ago or so. One was towing a box trailer and one had a dish on it.

Yeah, OP you need to go get as many more pictures of them as you can, if they're still around. If you can find an overpass, those make great vantage points. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

So, they looked like the one in the photo or not at all? Yeah, OP you need to go get as many more pictures of them as you can, if they're still around. If you can find an overpass, those make great vantage points. They were headed out of town when I saw them. The bigger Kodiak chassis ones looked like the truck I posted the pic of except the cab was longer and the box was shorter. The others had the same type short box, but were built on crew cab Chevy 1 ton pickup chassis. I've seen the ones with the satellite dish on the roof around the guard base here, but these were different. There were no externaly accessible tool lockers, and no dishes or big antennas, and no doors on the rear or drivers side. |

Comms View Quote Any news about Obozo coming to pay your area a visit? It might be the White House Communications Agency coming to town to set up to support a visit. Keep your ears pealed for news of a visit and then you can tell people how you knew days before because you recognized the comm team coming to town. |

Emergency management personnel is what you're referring to I assume but also aren't there EMP electromagnetic pulse preparedness exercises going on nation wide right now also? So EMP both ways maybe. |

Is there a bomb range near OP? I have seen similar vehicles in Salt Lake City UT.

Ive seen a few of them pulling trailers, but most I have seen are typically escorting another truck hauling either nuclear material, or a fake load of nuclear material. Go out to east TN around on I-40 and watch for a bit. Usually the tractor trailer they are with is unmarked and armored as well. These would be the OST guys (Office of Secure Transportation). Occasionally you would see them at the Loves Truckstop there near Dandridge TN getting fuel. Seemed to be decent, friendly guys. Best I can tell most are ex-mil.
http://www.nnsa.energy.gov/aboutus/ourprograms/defenseprograms/securetransportation From their website, "OST is responsible for the safe and secure transport in the contiguous United States of government-owned special nuclear materials. These classified shipments can contain nuclear weapons or components, enriched uranium, or plutonium. The cargo is transported in highly modified secure tractor-trailers and escorted by armed Federal Agents in other vehicles who provide security and national incident command system response in the event of emergencies. Remove the glass from a microwave door, plug it in to a power source, point it toward the trucks and turn it on. post results here

You guys are hilarious. Keep up the great advise.
These weren't armored trucks, not obviously anyway. I didn't see any tractor trailers around, and I seriously doubt the POTUS has any plans to visit. |

I really doubt it was OST. I'm familiar with nuke convoys. I worked on a missile base. They use a variety of vehicles like marked fed marshal cars and mobile mechanics trucks.

Those are FEMA trucks painted white to collect sperm samples for DNA data bases.

As a truck driver I see these government trucks on the interstate everyday. Usually they're headed east bound on 40 towards TN. When they stop for fuel, one guy fuels and several others stand guard with some heavy duty firepower.
Don't know what they're hauling, but it must be valuable or deadly. Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |

Some of them are operated by contractors who are escorting something. The contractors are former military personnel.
