Old watch from my Grandfather... Likely bought in the 60's, but not sure.

Front of watch says ENICAR in raised lettering with the Saturn logo.
Under that it has in red script "De Luxe"
Lower it has:
17 JEWELS
WATERPROOF
INCABLOC

It has raised lettering for 12-1-2-4-6-8-10 with arrows for 1-3-5-7-9-11

It has a Red arrow on top of the second hand.

On the back it has "57 1-9"
And around the back it has "ANTIMAGNETIC SHOCK PROTECTED WATERPROOF SWISS MADE STAINLESS STEEL" in a circle

So any details on the watch?

I picked it up and it started working. My trip home it was in my bag and it seems to be running well.
The band is a bit too small for my wrist.

It looks to have dirt inside the face... Which I am betting is the material from the hands and points that used to glow?

So questions:
1. Worth? (To insure, not sell... Also will depend on how often I wear it in place of my Rolex Sub)
2. Should I get it cleaned?
3. Who should I get to clean it?
4. Replace the band? I can't really wear it since it is a bit too tight.

The maker is still in business.  Similar watches are currently listed on eBay.

Google ENICAR and you'll get plenty of info.

The company was sold in the 80's.... There were a great deal of Chinese ones made. So Google is not really helping out.

Didn't know that the brand/company had been sold.

The eBay listings are for many vintage watches.  They might give you an approximate value.
I have   no personal experience with the brand.

There is a 113 page tread regarding ENICAR watches on the WATCHUSEEK watch forums.

Worth. Not much. $100. It's sentimental value will far exceed its monetary value.

Cleaned. If you want to wear it absolutely. Cleaned and lubed. The lube is long gone from the movement. Not sure about the dial. It might be corrosion from moisture incursion. And if the dial is corroded the movement might be a mess too.

Who. I can. Usual price for full service on a watch like that is $125 +/- at a watch shop and you can see the problem already I'm sure. A full service on a three hand manual watch can take two or three hours. My price can be discussed since my shop is at home and I have less overhead.

New band. Not a problem. Though I'd probably recommend a leather strap. The expansion bracelets were never very comfortable and not nearly as popular today. But you can still find them.

If you want me to service it I'd want to carry you through opening it and taking a picture of the movement. Like I said, the dial worries me.
