#1-Any of you folks know how the "NRA" use certain qualifications to rate shooters.?[green]How about the armed services....[:|][/green]#2-I've been told the standard is not universal,like the Marines might have a higher standard to qualify as a Rifleman,Marksman or Expert...is this true?........any info or links are appreciated!!!THANKS CREW....

go to the odcmp web site. or the nra compititions site of even faster post this question in the compitition forums. I am at work right now so I dont have the scores to make each award handy but I am sure if you post this in the above mentioned forum some one does.

yes the marines are trained to fire prone at 500 yards.  as i recall, that is the furthest of any basic marksmanship course.
