I am going to attend the Indy 1500 Gun & Knife Show in January. I want to buy some ammo there. What is the best day, in your experience, to shop for ammo? Friday, Saturday, or Sunday? Thanks for your advice.
Regards,
FRIZ

Friday if you are looking for cheap or unusual from small vendors.

Sunday for cheap leftovers.

I like to go in on Friday afternoon. Crounds aren't too bad (when compared to the rest of the weekend).  COnsdiering that its just the begining, vendors tend to be much more pleasent.

Actually this time I'm going to look for a rifle I saw a couple shows ago.  Didn't buy it, wish I had.  Ruger compact 308 with a crazy laminate stock.

What are the dates?  I can stay with in-laws in Shelbyville.
I always thought this show was one of the better one this side of Houston.
