I don't think so.

I recall that the automatic recounts were triggered by a less than 1% differential.

Correct me if I am wrong.

Also, remember that the estimation is that Republicans won early and absentee ballots by a large margin.   I remember hearing 150K vote advantage believed to exist in those ballots in favor of GOP.

So, if we have to go to the "overtime" mat in Florida, it certainly looks good.

It's in the bag. Consider it won.

President Bush is getting 4 more.  I'd bet my life on it.  Look at OH and MI.

Polk, Manatee, Seminole, Charlotte and Bay are counties over 100,000 that have not posted totals.  Anyone know their general makeup.  180k up, looks pretty good and absentees to boot.  Some returns left in big dem counties.

ETA looks even better with 85%

Those are all solidly Republican counties...looking really good for Bush in Florida!

ETA: Just checked again...all five of those counties went solidly Bush...

GO BIG W!!!

The greater Tamps Bay area looks to going for Bush. I heard this on 970 WFLA out of Tamps as I was driving home at 10:30 tonight. I know Sarasota and Manatee are heavy Republican counties. Out side of South East Florida most of us have a brain and can vote on any damn machine you put in front of us. I'm really sick of being grouped with the idiots in Miami/Dade.

YEP...
ATM (according to the Yahoo and CNN maps), Bush has strong lead in OHIO, FLODIDA, MICHIGAN, and WISCONSON. If he finishes with victories in those four he's got it down, if he gets something like four of the others that have yet to be tabulated he can still afford to lose OH or FL.
