In saying that this is not the court to hear a 2nd Ammendment case, unless it is the perfect case.

This McCain Feingold decision dashed my hopes of this court ruling positively on any 2nd ammendment case. If the 1st can be trumped for the perception of corruption, the 2nd can be for the perception of public safety.

Certainly not while the GOP lets the minority dems filibuster good judges....

you might not belive this I am from sd and many of the people here do not like dashele but I can only count for my vote and many of our state feel and vote like you stated. However our state has open carry and shall issue ccw's
