Like it says? What pistol would you choose?

I'm thinkin the STI/SVI's look pretty slick and come with good reviews.
That might be my choice.

*EDIT*
Any pistol as in another one. Not "Only 1" pistol, but "1 more to the collection" pistol.

Glock 20

it can do pretty much anything you could want a pistol to do.

You get 1 free pistol and you choose a Glock?
Link Posted: 8/13/2005 10:34:06 PM EDT
Glock 19. I am kicking myself in the ass for buying a Kimber Stainless Ultra carry II over a glock 19. Sure its a .45...and a 1911. But it hasn't proved reliable enough to carry yet. Damn thing locks back halfway through the mag sometimes.

It usually does this 1 time per 100 rounds I shoot.

However it did it 3 times in a 7 round magazine once.

If I could have just one pistol it would be a Kimber Stainless Ultra-Carry with night sights.

Fortunately I don't have to have just one pistol.

I meant in addition to your other guns.
Not you only get 1, but you can have one more and its whatever you want. Like, wife comes over and says "Any pistol you want, its yours" kinda thing.

Does yours actually cycle? I have 400 round through mine and its still messing up.

Basically I will be shooting and the slide will come back and lock. Like I just fired the last round. 2 brand new kimber magazines and 1 colt magazine. They all do this. Not everytime. Out of the blue. Its really annoying.

I was at the range last week shooting it. Some guy walks up and said "is that a .45".."Yea its a Kimber"..."damn really because I saw it malfunction"..."yeah it does that all the time". Wish I would have bought that glock 19. Would have saved over 200$ easy and it would have functioned better.

My first choice would be an HK USP either 9mm or 45 auto and my second choice would be a Springfield 1911A1. Thanks Arvin

Well in that case I'd like to have another a Kimber Ultra-Carry Stainless with night sights.

I already have two but it always nice to have spares.

I refuse to buy a gun that you have to send off to get it reliable. I know the 1911-religionists will flame me, but the truth is the truth. A Sig 220 is a far superior gun, reliable out of the box.

Okay, what is the most expensive pistol of any kind, ever made, anywhere?

New gun: Probably a nice Wilson Combat

STI CUSTOM 1911

My first choice would be the 1911A1 that I carried for 10 years in the army. It was a Union Switch & Signal and very accurate.

If I had to chose something off the shelf.
I think I'd like to check out the FN 5.7 cause its totaly different than all of my other pistols

Hey, I'm not prejudiced to color.
