Thanks Imbrog. Really.
Every day nine children die from gun violence.......And now terrorists are taking advantage of loopholes in current law to buy guns in the US. Tell congress educational employees want to close the gun show loophole Now.

To bad they did'nt add that the children were 16, brandishing illegal guns not obtained at a gunshow and selling drugs on the street. They also haven't attended school in over a year.

Thanks for the link. Here is my edited letter sent via their site. It's time to get real about protecting our kids. Gun violence is a problem in our communities. And, while schools continue to be the safest place for kids, this safety is threatened because guns are not easily accessible to teachers and supervisors. The issue is SAFETY, not gun control. Our country needs responsible gun training. I urge you to vote FOR Senate Bill 659, a bill to grant immunity to gun dealers . Please, DO NOT SUPPORT gun safety legislation, such as S. 1034, the Feinstein-Schumer bill to renew the assault weapons ban; the proposal by Senators Craig and Schumer to improve the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) and make 35 million missing records available; Senator McCain’s bill to close the gun show loophole and stop buyers from getting guns at gun shows; and initiatives to enable law enforcement to pursue gun stores. As an educator, I urge you to make our schools and communities safer by sponsoring and voting for responsible firearm training programs that respects the rights of lawful gun owners.
