Go and put a coffee cup under it. DO NOT put a K-cup or whatever the tea/coffee plastic tub thing is called for your machine.
Tell it to ignore the fact it has no coffee/tea thing and run anyway. Look at what comes out. Clean hot water? Nope. You get some dregs and leftovers from whatever the person before you had. Now I know why the tea tastes like it has coffee in it.  |

I only have Caribou coffee go through mine, and it tastes terrific

I generally use my own fresh-ground coffee in the my-k-cup attachment though, so it gets cleaned each time. |

I have a Tassimo and it is nothing but hot water that comes out without a disk.

meh. Fine for the hotel rooms I stay in, but they're not going to work for my house.
I use a std. coffee maker that uses regular filters and regular ground coffee. |

Tassimo comes with a cleaning disk. I run it after each use and get nothing but clear hot water.
