Hypothetically, a family member works for Toyota/Lexus.  Let's say you can have just about any Lexus or Toyota for a 4 year lease with option to buy.  Assume the lease is free. Assume the car will come with the possibility of basically any factory upgrades.

*Can't choose (Lexus) GS F, RC F, LFA, LX or any super car or concept vehicles.  Can't get (Toyota) Land Cruiser, Tundra, Tacoma, or any concept vehicles.

Thinking about 4Runner TDR PRO, Lexus IS350 F Sport, GS350 F Sport, GS450 F Sport.  Am I missing anything here? Wife has a big SUV, we have no kids yet. Would be daily driver.

If I can’t have a Land Cruiser, then probably 4 Runner… But I will be sensible and go with a Prius. Being a lease, I can’t off road it anyways.

ISF. I beat the shit out of my 4wd vehicles and it would be a shame to scratch up a new 4Runner.

Toyota F150 or the Toyota  F350 6.7

Either of these are much better than the other models Toyota offers.

I personally would get the IS350 F Sport.  Want one right now.

A 4Runner TRD Pro would be sick too.

Duh.

Nevermind. If you can't choose a Land Cruiser, you might as well just walk.

Thanks for the responses thus far.  I've owned Cadillac, Ford, and Infiniti, so I'd be new to Toyota/Lexus.

And again, no Land Cruiser and no super car.  I also can't request specific changes like "swap the engine from the ABC and put it into the XYZ car".  I CAN get basically any factory upgrade/accessory.

Thanks,

This.

My DD is a C63. I only see ISF's in the rear view mirror.

ETA: I did test drive a GS350 F Sport and it was great. I would pull the trigger on that if I couldn't have my AMG.

Yep.  You will ruin every possible car you decide to buy after that in its class, you won't find better.

Although, a top trim LS460 F-sport or LS460L is quite a bit more money than some of the ones you listed as off limits.

Well if I can't get a Taco or a Tundra I'm not really all that interested. A useless vehicle is still useless even when it's free.

Why the hell are the pickups off limits?

Based on the vehicles you say you're considering, I'm wondering why you're not looking at the GX-460. It's basically a loaded 4Runner with a V8.

First choice for me, of the options you've not ruled out, would be a GX.  Then a GS.  Then the IS.  The LS is also incredibly nice, but a little big for me.

I'm ignoring your rules because saying "any" and then putting a limitation on "any" which eliminates 90% of what people would actually choose in that circumstance is dumb.

LFA.  Not the fastest, not the best looking, but sounds spectacular.

Given your limitations (if i understand why you're asking) you're allowed to choose more "mundane" models with a few exceptions for items that you have ruled out.

Within that list, i'd go for the 4Runner TRD Pro.
