If you could wake up tomorrow morning and be magically tansferred into a completely different job, what would you want to do?

I mean a PAYING job that would support you––not porn reviewer,  beer taster, or machine gun test driver.

I'm looking for some ideas, seriously.

The ultimate "job" would be to have no job... have a big enough reserve of money so I could afford living and my hobbies.

That said, I've been busting my ass trying to sell my two screenplays. So, I guess that would be my pick, screenwriting.

a journalist, sports news rep/announcer for college football or hockey, I would have to avoid basketball like the plague since I hate it. I have always enjoyed politics and legislation not sure if I would want to work in Washington though. probably just at a state level.

ETA i currently work as a paralegal in a small family law office. I would really like to just be a stay at home mom/wife, but that would not bring in any income.

I will take these from my dreams at night.

1. Transformed with fresh new talents?
A. Any date in history? = Mammoth hunter.
B. Present? = Fighter Pilot.

2. Transformed with my current talents?
A. Any date in history? = American Explorer early 1800s.
B. Present? = Pickup truck restorer, 1800s to 1970s trucks.

Something in forensics or some kind of police investigation work might be cool.

Maybe an intelligence analyst or some other behind-the-scenes job in national security.

Or maybe a high-end food producer like a distiller, or a cheesemaker, or a prime beef aging facility or something like that.  (A family-run business, not a giant corporation.)

If my body could handle it... probably a custom woodworker.  Fancy stuff like cabinets and furniture.  I'd do that after serving as an officer in the US Air Force (which I can't do for medical reasons).

Office work?  Since college, I've wanted to be the brand manager for an automobile or motorcycle company.

While I'd probably have some fun being a gun dealer, I don't think there's a ton of money in that.

And in all seriousness, I think being a U.S. Senator would be interesting.  I want to be the first senator on "Meet The Press" to use the word "douchebaggery."
