Thinking about how many times senators and representatives claim to have voted for something without reading it I came up with an idea.
Find something that dims really want yet is tolerable to repubs. Have some repubs, and if a truly progun dim can be found him too, author a bill on the topic the dims want. Make it like 10 pages most of which ramble on and on yet don't say a damn thing (like what happens when KKK byrd gets up to speak). Somewhere around the middle of page 4 slip in a line that says "section _______ of code _______ is hereby repealed"
Do this for the 89 executive order, the 86 MG ban, the 68 GCA etc.
Only downside is that repubs will need to get more volunteer interns to read through proposed dim legislation before voting on it to make sure they don't do the same to us.
Some initial ones to try
"The ATF has no authority to ban firearms, therefore all guns currently banned from import or possession by the ATF are no longer restricted."
"The 2nd Amendment is officially recognized as an individual right"

How about finding a way to make sure the right to keep and bear arms is not infringed and then go into detail about what that means for the understanding of the dummycrats. It must ensure that this is a national law and can't be infringed on the state or local level.

Those aren't just words to you and I Beer slayer.

I have a better idea. How about we pressure our Republican friends who hold the majority in both houses to pass more pro-gun legislation outright?

It's not like we are in the minority anymore and have to sneak around with this sh*t.

well, that'd be the best option, but I really don't see more than a couple repubs actually standing up and fighting for it
they've pissed away 5 years of majority+white house. I don't see them chaning any time soon

Pretty sure any riders have to be generally related to the legislation to which they are attached.
That is why they attached the AWban extension to the Gunmaker lawsuit legislation last year. They couldn't just stick it in wherever they wanted.

The republicans don't seem to have any gall or drive anymore, sadly enough.

There was a telling scene in "Farenheit 9/11" when that legislator said "We rarely read what we vote on."

It would work, but the stink created about it by the anti-gun people would force it's removal.

Too ambiguous. How about: "The right of the people to keep and bear, openly or concealed, Arms and Ammunition shall not be infringed by any jurisdiction within the Unted States."?
