Any body do ice rescue in their departments and have access to any training evolutions or programs that they would be okay emailing? I am starting a program in my department and have very little to go on. I do work have alot of TRT training and volunteer for the county search and rescue team but they dont really have a solid program. We will have the open ended inflatable boat, exposure suits and dry suits. Any help would be awesome. Thanks guys
