Besides chili, of course.

Wondering in particular if you have side dish recipes.

I've cooked them up with onions and tomatoes and put them in the food processor for s bean dip. Wondering what you guys can recommend.

Get a case of green beans and garbanzos. You could make a metric butt ton of three bean salad.

Is that a food, or a medical condition?

I use them in soup with smoked ham shanks, garlic, onions, green onions, fresh basil and cilantro, celery, and black pepper. Top off the large crock pot with the cheapest chicken brorh you can find, set on low for 12 hours, remove the bones and shred the ham, stir back together, and enjoy!

I use both dark red and black beans.

There's a seafood restaurant here in Houston that has a Mexican themed Cajun lunch special that is incredible.

Seafood enchiladas, Cajun styled red beans and dirty rice.  Outstanding and easy to make at home.

If you bought a can of beans where the label says "Kydney," once they hit your stomach an alien will breed and eat its way out of your abdomen.
