I put my name in the Layoff Book and got a guaranteed spot for THE DAY AFTER the election.
The way this is going, I'm going to be up all night long anyway.

Looking at it from a historical standpoint, I want to be tuned into the 'Breaking NEWS', as it happens.
The last thing I want to do is drive a Bus in the morning, no matter what happens. I shouldn't have to even be thinking about 'what if'...

What are you guys planning to do?

Hunkerin' down, just hunkerin' down. Who knows what those wacko libs will do either way. If Slim Jim wins, celebration and mayhem (like after soccer games).

If they lose and the Freedom Fighter wins, then I think its gas mask and belt-fed time.....

Decisions, decisions....

Shameless Bump -

- because I'm curious to know if everyone is just going to go with a 'business as usual' attitude or what plans or thoughts they may have one way or the other.

Honestly, I can't even see why this election choice is even CLOSE.
That's the sKerry part!

Class at 4pm that day. depending on the situation, I may just show up with an 870 locked in a discreet case....

I will be going into work.

If Bush is elected, Kerry will drag it out in the courts and he probably won't conceed for a couple of weeks.

I doubt there'll be another attack. They won't announce it right before they do it. More likely this is just to scare the American people. If we do have another attack, my bet is around January 21st or sometime shortly after that.

Otherwise, I am not worrying about it. Can't do anything before hand on either issues. Just be prepared for a power outage and stay calm. That's what I'll be doing.

I may reconsider.

I'll give you ten bucks to wear a suit of Dubya gear and walk around Pioneer Courthouse Square for half an hour

That's what I'm wondering...
In "the Emerald City", the way the WTO riots went, I can see all kinds of shit going down, no matter WHO wins.
BUSH WINS! All Hell breaks loose.
It's like Protester Heaven. Any excuse to wreak havoc and cause mayhem.
I'd rather be way north of downtown in my chair rather than being around trouble in the Driver's Seat.
