So today I received my first paycheck from the new job. To celebrate I had plans to buy another G17. That is until I received a Christmas bonus for close to $500. I decided to buy the G17 and put a G26 and G21 on layaway.
I've wanted another .45 for some time now so I think the G21 should fit the bill. Anyways, here is the G17 that I picked up today.

Remember you could have bought a XD.
this is one from my work, it was a range gun that got wet during hurricane wilma. PS it this pic was taken 24 hours after the storm. not long to look like a hunk o shit  or better yet you could be a sig owner, the 226,220,228,229 and the 232 all rusted with in 1 day. Outstanding job. i know this pic is blury but it shows the worse one of all the P220 with the laser grips was toast. PS the CTC laser grips worked flawless.

I've never been a glock fan, but my next gun will be a G26. You just can't beat the size for CCW. I'm currently carrying my p99 (9mm) in a CTAC and is ok for winter/fall carry, but still digs in my leg whenever I go from standing to sitting. The 26 seems like it's gonna be perfect in a CTAC. I just wanna get something to CCW that doesn't remind me it's on me all the time.

Never was much of a Glock fan-- until I handled & bought a 1st. generation Glock 17 (in 2002). Somehow, I shoot that thing better than any of my handguns. Quick to target, easy to holster-- who would have guessed!! Hate to admit I shoot that thing more than any other piece I own. Shoot the piss out of your Glock, decide for yourself. I can almost guarentee you will be impressed.-- Good luck!!

i got the 200 lum blub in there. it was brand new before hurricane wilma, i spent 13 days guarding the shop, went thru about 40 batteries, the best surefire for the money IMO. PS i beat the shit out of it and not a prob. |
