Goddamn Canadians, with their wee, beady eyes.

I have to be in Calgary in 48 hours and have to work 30 days straight.  On the plus side, should bank an extra $3.5k tax-free.

Going to spend it on hookers and syrup.  (I imagine Canadian blow is terrible.)

That makes my blood boil.  If that price was available, I'd buy a six pack today.

Good idea, ups the chance that one of them works correctly out of the box.

Meh, when you factor in the conversion, it's the same price as the Turkish 1911's on sale.

Does that price include boiling or is that extra?

Meet me on the shore of Lake Erie. Bring 10 of 'em.

I'll be the guy in the blue sailboat.

Something else to add to my annual voyage besides pre ban shitters and 100 watt light bulbs.

Not bad, though you can buy Turkish and 1911's from the Philippines for the same price occasionally.

Did you catch the PSA sales on 30 round GI and P Mags, or 20 round P226 Mec-Gars?

Not saying you're lying but I paid $330 NIB in 2003. I haven't ever seen them that low.

I'd make a joke about how that's approximately the change in my pocket in american dollars, but we've managed to destroy our currency, too.

Got mine for $239.95 waaaaaay back when. It's been flawless. Wish I could get another one.
(I'll be thinking of this as I drive My Mom to Moose Jaw, SK on the 22nd.) Always want to get back to Waterton NP some day.

I grew up in Washington, and have a hard time not thinking of Canadian money like that anymore.

As of today, one Canadian dollar = $0.91 US
And they have NO DEBT, lots of oil & an educated (& still comparatively homogenous) poplulace.

I think they were like $320 with a $50 rebate, there was a thread on it.

Edit: It was an ATI for $299
