Great ass @ 52 seconds. They probably hired a Norwegian actress. |

Not much going on there since the Copenhagen Interpretation, I guess.

The bus ride around here is not as cool. If the video had someone mumbling to themselves while rocking back and forth, I could relate more.

Good commercial. 1 American from Louisiana at :40 taking out the trash. On the buses in the USA there is a tiny little difference in passengers. Pretty Viking Girls, I haven't seen here.

What about the batshit crazy person? All public busses have at least one. Is this not true in Denmark?

What about the batshit crazy person? All public busses have at least one. Is this not true in Denmark? Not really. Busses and trains in Denmark are pretty much used by "normal" people - regular folks going to and from work, students, retired people, etc. In big cities like the Copenhagen metro area, most people probably get to work by bus and train, not car. Because cars are very expensive, most people under 20 do not own or drive cars, and many retired people in the cities don't bother, because pensioners get a pretty good discount on busses & trains. So it's 99% regular folk on the busses and subways. You might get an occasional crazy person hanging out at the train station, but it's rare. |

Well why go by bus if you don't get to play the "I wonder if he wants to eat my eyeballs" game?

What's up with that animated semi-porn in the "related videos" content at the end? Looks like the Danes are getting some weirdo-Jap influence.

Next time you get to St. Louis go on down to the greyhound Station and look at the regular people You will want to be CCW and maybe a rifle after dark.

I rode the bus and train all the time. When I was in high school, the only way for me to get to school and back and with bus and train. Bus was also one of the best ways to get to base after a night of heavy drinking in Copenhagen. Of course, now that I am a successful and sophisticated man of the world, public transportation is beneath me! |

So they finally got Greyhound over there? No -that's what so funny. (There's no such thing as long-distince bus in Denmark - it's all trains) It's an ad for regular city busses. |

No smelly homeless, pickpockets, yutes beating up people? How boring.

What I got from that add is there appears to be white trash in Denmark.

Go learn Danish, and then enjoy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zFBEKt-WCT8 It's an ad for riding the bus. Not like a cool Greyhound long distance or anything, but just the local public transportation city bus. It's completely tongue-in-cheek, bragging about the comfortable seats, huge windows with excellent view, high tech buttons, etc. ETA: Found a subtitled version. |

Yeah, a slight difference in the clientele of public buses here in the US. The high school I went to in CA was a private school, and didn't have buses, so we had to ride the local public buses, the MST - Monterey-Salinas Transit. Nothing but drunks and insane people. I was never so happy the day I got my car.
MST had a jingle/ad campaign at the time called "Ride the Bus With Us". We always used to sing it "Ride the Bus With Nuts". The public buses in Germany were fantastic, rode those down to the computer game store by the Main river in Wuerzburg all the time. |

Buses in Virginia are for transporting the "Goblins" to and from places they don't belong to commit crime. Public transportation is so feared in communities that people instantly sell their houses move away from an area that gets public transportation.
Must be different in Denmark. |
|
That looked like it was filmed by the same folks who do Top Gear.
