Last month I saw B.B. King play.
The man is 87 (I believe he turned 88 this week) He played a set, told stories, and had a genuine energy. He still plays over 100 gigs each year....is his LATE EIGHTIES!!! I went home thinking that it was time for me to stop complaining about feeling old....getting old....not being able to do the stuff I could 20 years ago....etc etc etc. I am now living life like I have 40-50 years left....and I'm not going to make excuses. Seeing that lady in her 60's swim across from Cuba to the U.S. last week solidified how I feel. It's never to late to chase our dreams! Don't put yourself in your own grave

Some push through the aches and pains and stay healthy, and others just surrender to their aches and pains, and settle for a slow decline. You have decades left to live...or not. Your choice.
