Actually, it really depends on how you split.... One of my ex's (sons mom) I try to warn the guys....

Even the bad relationships can hurt when they end, dude...especially if they end when you don't want them to.
It *will* get better. My own past experience shows that you'll feel MUCH better the next time you get laid by someone besides the ex.

It either works or it doesn't. If it doesn't, there's a good reason for it. Remember that and move on. It doesn't mean it won't sting, but relish in the fact that she's not the one for you and you realized it early on.
