LOL, not sure what happened but I came to update how the 3x5 worked out for me

squats improved very slowly, but I am going all the way down with 205. this has been a form improvement thing for me, as I roll the bar a little further back.
deadlifts are up to 285
bench this morning was 235. I tried 240 and failed.

I had to go back down to weighted pull ups and dips at 50 pounds, from 70. ( I use a belt around my waist and dumbells)

Can someone tell where my other thread went?
