"Minute of torso"

Someone was asking me about the accuracy of FALs and I said they were made to be a robust, reliable weapon for killing people.  When asked if it was a MOA weapon, I said not generally, but it'll shoot minute of torso or minute of head.

whaddya think?

ahh, the "Minute of _______" has been used... fill in the blank!

The AR15 would be Minute of Badguy.  Minute of terrorist...

The bolt gun would be Minute of Deer

Hopefully, my M1 will be Minute of Hog this weekend!

Minute of Deer...

Tasty on the grill, with a little salt, pepper, and butter (for the fat).

Wrap them backstraps in bacon, and prepare for orgasm...

I've used "minute of squirrel" for years now, people usually get a good laugh when I comment that my AR15 is "minute of squirrel out to 400+ yards".

The worst though is when you get a handgun like an RG that is "minute of barn"

Here is a new term I wish we would all get used to using...

I am tired of the BS at some ranges, or times when people find out you own an AR15, and ask why you own an "assault rifle" (sic).

I answer I don't own assault weapons, I don't assault people, as I am neither a criminal or a federal agent.

I only own HOMELAND DEFENSE weapons.

(added as afterthought)

All you guys have my permission to use this term.

I just remember to tell them that 'Assault is a behavior, not a device'

It's not an 'assault rifle', it's a semi-automatic rifle.

Sorry man, I've already heard both "minute of torso" and "minute of head" specifically...
