That should have been $50 easy. A year ago I wouldn't have paid $20 for that but prices are insane right now.

I feel stupid. I let 15 go today at the gun show for $20 each. 3 bundles of 5. Cheapest vendor had them at $25 ea.  I guess I'm a softie. It took an hour and a half. The ones paying attention jumped on it. The hundred dollar bill flew out of their wallet.

Looking at a Rossi Win 92 in in .38 now that I have a nice down on one.

53 votes and no love for pie? I am disappoint, and no OP you're not a bad guy. If they paid it, they chose to pay it.

AHH.... no.

More like $10-$15 .

For the mag alone. They're topped off with green tips. Those aren't always readily available. 40 cents a round isn't bad at all

nope. somebody was willing to buy them, and were probably happy to score them.

Hell, I took a 200 rd sealed pack of M193 to a show 2 weeks ago. Didn't even make it to the back of the line to get in before a guy offered me $150. Dude right behind him offered $175. I took the $175, turned around and took my buddies out to breakfast.. I paid $64 for that stuff just last May. And my friends were giving me shit, saying I could have got $200 or more. And they're probably right.

Anything brass-cased M855 is selling at .70-.80 per round.

I sold empty GI aluminum mags for $30/piece.  I think you coulda made another $14 off that deal.
