I don't know if I'll be able to get any sleep tonight. I am in total disbelief.  You mean to tell me, that Michigan GAINED Freedom?  This is a new one. It feels really, really good. For once, the government did something that WAS Constitutional!  HOLY CRAP, I don't know what to say.

I am tentatively titillated. Someone over at MI Gunowners said that this may not mean what we think it means, as SBRs and whatnot are expressly prohibited under other parts of MI law.
We'll see, but in the meantime, we'll start window shopping for threaded Sig barrels and AR cans... |

We have shall-issue CCW, and no goofy magazine restrictions or anything like that. We cannot, however, get any NFA/tax-stamp goodies, like SBRs or suppressors, which is what this decision may change. |

Not even close. Before we couldn't have class3 unless we had a class 3 license. Hopefully, soon, we will be able to buy transferables!! Yay!!!!! |
