My wife found this cat at a friends house that takes care of rescued cats.  This cat was left for dead at a public park.  Shes getting used to us, and is quite playful and energetic.

In order to properly HAME a feline you're going to need a balloon, half of a car tire and three peices of 3/4 inch plywood.......

Sorry, had too. Had a long boring night at work.

Fleck. There is a fleck of white on the head.

She is pretty.  Name her Mauser.  That way when people ask, you can pronounce it "Mouse-her".

Thanks for the compliments!!!  We're drawing blanks on names for her.

Definitely no more cat nip for her.  She was bouncing off the walls this morning.

Nice cat.

My cat would never go for a collar, but then she's an indoor/outdoor cat, and the collar will hang up on everything.  Consider removing it if she goes outside.

I take it you don't have kids, or they would name it.

Call her lucky bitch or just lucky.

If you have other cats PLEASE get her tested for feline leukemia!  It's a killer that can take all of your cats if she's got it.

Not to hijack but we also saved an abandoned cat New Year's Eve, he's going to the vet today for FeLV testing and shots.  If we get to keep him (clean bill of health) pics and a request for naming assistance will follow!

Thanks.  I like all the names so far.  I'll have to show this thread to the wifey and see what she likes.

I'm glad we were able to give the creature a good home.

Good looking cat you guys got there.  My wife and I rescued a cat almost 2 years ago.  I  am not a cat guy, but our cat is the sweetest damn pet we've ever had.

I had a cat that looked just like that, except the grey areas were black. My dad still has Willy, but he's 16 years old now. While in his prime, Willy killed a wild turkey, survived a nasty snakebite, tracked countless deer without actually engaging, used to go head first after groundhogs down their own holes, and once when my stepmom's GSD dragged a deer ribcage into the backyard Willy climbed inside and kept the dog away with well aimed slashes from his pink arm.

Name that cat Willa.

There is something about that cat that says "fat cat".  Given that she will likely be a 30 pounder, I would suggest "Tiny".
