hell yeah voting is what makes the system work. Now it may have been more important to vote in NV but we'll take you anyway.

I thought the same thing. I registered in SD, used to vote in WI which is a big time swing state now. HOWEVER, now I get to vote against Tom Daschle, so that's almost as good

You are now registered in two states.
If you lived more than 6 months out of the past 12 in Nevada, you can still legally vote in Nevada and ignore your new Utah registration. As long as you don't actually vote twice, you are ok. Pick one or the other but do not vote in both. When you vote, they put a check mark next to your name to indicate you voted. As long as you only have one check in one state, you are ok. |

You may vote absentee in NV if you are registered there, even if you are also registered at the 'new place'.
Just DON'T VOTE TWICE, that's a federal crime... |
