No, I cant even get into the store. I have never used it before, have had the i-pod awhile though.
Gives me an erroe about network can not access, make sure it is active, or something like that.?  Travis |

Do you have the latest version of itunes? Without specifics thats all I can suggest.

Yes, and I have the latest windows. Not sure if the new windows is blocking it somehow? Microsoft vs. Apple? crap Travis |

Thought I let everyone know, I finally figured it out.
Norton security firewall was preventing me, got it fixed/turned off. Just using windows firewall. Travis |

In my experience Norton causes more problems than it fixes. |
