Holy shit.

No more halogen work lights for me. I took all my lights over to a jobsite for a guy working all night. The Milwaukee lit up an entire 1600 sq ft garage like nothing.

My halogens look like candles by comparison.

Should be pretty handy with the battery powered function too.

That's one of those deals where I just drop it off at my supplier and they send it in for repair, and hope that it's still under warranty.

I imagine that the emitters have a pretty decent lifespan, I'm sure they put some R&D into it.

The only ones I've smoked is making flashlights with the incorrect driver, makes them smoke really nice.

All my cheap flashlights that have failed have been a driver issue.

Looks nice, but for $150, it should include a battery, and it should charge the battery when plugged in. If they do that, I'll buy one in a heartbeat.

My $30 Might-D-Light from Cooper is a lot of light and you can get 5 of them for what that cost . It does surprisingly well . Heck Cooper makes this although not battery powered it is stupid bright

It should have a charging feature. No biggie though, Milwaukee has been great so far.

Every time I've broken something it's been fixed no problem. I even dropped an impact in the water and cooked it because I'm stupid and pulled the trigger pulling it out.

I sent it in expecting a nice bill for fixing it. Fixed it free, still works great.

LEDs have a general life expectancy of 50 000 hrs. If you use your lights for 10 hours a day, this should be 13.7 yrs.
