Have you considered selling old stuff you don't need on e-bay? I've been doing that with unused/unneeded stuff in my basement for the last few months. So far, I've sold enough to finance a Leupold M1 LR Tactical 3.5-10 , a couple thousand rounds of AR ammo, and new match barrel and other parts upgrades for my 10/22. Next on the list is a Krieger AR barrel from CLE. No impact on my regular income stream = no complaints from my spouse. Just a thought... |

I know what you mean.
Spade has $2k. Spade wants an MP5 ($8k?) Spade had to quit his job. Nobody will hire Spade since he moves to State College in January. Spade then has rent to pay for once he gets a job in State College. Spade will be saving for a long time. |

Well at least you are looking at buying.
The past year, I have sold a Glock 17, AR15, and an SKS. If things do not improve by year end I will be selling my AK. If things do not improve by spring, I will be selling my LEGP and Mossberg590A1. If my situation do not improve by end of 2003, I will be left without firearms [:(] I might as well be back in CA. |
