For the secret santa thing the wife's family does.  $15 can't be a gift card.  For a guy.  Something cool that I can buy locally.  Not gun related as the age range is from 16-85.

And go.......

Yep.

$15 is knockoff Leatherman territory.  That or a flashlight.

Donate it to the NRA in their name

Failing that, a tool.
Plenty of good, useful handtools in that price range.

$15 should be able to get you one sniff of cocaine and one stroke of a handjob....so, the answer is, yet again, hookers and blow.

Fun for all ages!

I got that exact knife from a cousin today for Christmas.

It might not be what he needs, but it will be what he gets.

What better time to start on the downward spiral.....

Bet the 21+ guys would be cool with it

When I'm involved in Secret Santas, I always get useless crap . The most common crap is key chains and those wallet multi-tools. One time about 15 years ago, my office did a $25 max SS and someone gave me a Gillette Mach 3 razor from a clearance bin at Ross Dress For Less, they paid $8.00 (price tag was still on it) and you know what? I used that thing daily for about 5 years.

Get something useful like a razor, an electric tooth brush, some wool socks, a wallet, a micro SD card, or something like that and stay away from the throwaway items like keychains, wallet multi-tools, or cologne.

Various and assorted Bluetooth speakers out there.
Some of the cheapo ones even sound good.

Cabela's had bins full of multi-tools for $5.99

Booze is the answer.
Like for the secret santa I had at work. I bought one of those gift booze sets; the bottle and 2 glasses in a box. It was around ~$20.  Didn't matter who I got cause they'd all get the same gift. 16 is old enough for supervised shots.
