Windows Movie Maker is free and decent enough. The name is different depending on what OS you're running though. What OS do you have?

For example, if the original name of the file is somename1.MOT, just right-click it, select "Rename" from the context menu and then type over the MOT part of the file name so that you end up with somename1.MPG. When you press "Enter" to finish renaming, Windows will pop up a warning message saying something like "If you change a file name extension, the file might become unusable. Are you sure you want to change it?" Click "Yes". If you need more help, look here. |
