Do any of the big players (Maxpedition, Blackhawk, etc) make a Cordura or ballistic nylon case for ereaders or sized close enough to work?

I used the Industriel case for the Nook and a razor blade to convert a Maxpedition Field Binder Cover into a Nook case. Just cut a bit of the right-hand sleeve back at the top and bottom so the Industriel's hooks could move passed the normal edge of the sleeve and then spent 30min working the Industriel cover into the sleeves. It wasn't easy, too bad the Maxpedition isn't just 1/8" bigger.
