On 12/27 I win an auction on a Resident Evil video game .I immediately send a PayPal payment.I was able to win this at about 1/2 of the usual price because of a glut of these games. On 12/29 the seller e-mails me that his son scratched the game,it's no good,he's refunding my money!

I smell a rat because this guy has a low but "good" feedback. On 12/29 at 17:45 (according to paypal)he refunds my money. Also on 12/29 at 17:52 he suddenly has a another Resident Evil game to sell on E-Bay!!!I e-mail this jackoff and bring this up!He fesses up and says "OK you win. Just send me the money back and bid on the new game because I ONLY HAVE ONE!!!!"

I e-mail him back and tell him he needs to pull his add for his ONLY game that he's trying to sell for the 2nd time and that's the last I hear from him!!I had to wait until today for his refund to clear and now it's time for payback!I think this asshole was just pissed I won it so cheap and was trying to screw me.

Can my ARFCOM brothers help me?Remember to bid often and bid high!!!Let's bid his current auctions up to a million bucks. His E-Bay name is...

jeanpierrerodriguez2003

mine is hawk4367.

I will be more than happy to forward you our emails!!!

If you look @ the items he has sold, and his feedback, it's pretty obvious he just made a bunch of fake sales to boost his feedback. Report him to ebay. They'll probably cancel his account. Of course, then he'll just open up a new one.

I had a gun seller do that to me.  A cashier's check was in the mail when he e-mailed and said he had dropped a barbell weight on the weapon and scratched the hell out of it.  He sent the cash back.

A week later, he e-mails back saying he realized he had dropped the weight on a different gun, so I could re-send the check [rolleyes]

Too bad I had already bought a different weapon.

just be sure you don't end up winning when you bid it up, unless you want negative feedback
