Nice strength but how old do you have to be to finally
decide to pull your pants up and hide your fucking underwear? |

Seems fairly gay. Sign me up for gayness then. I would much rather be that size, shape and strength than real gay dudes using roids and getting stupid huge. Looks like I need to go to the playground to workout. |

Looks like they had lots of free time when they were in prison.

reminds me of a Coney Hatch song
monkey bars |

Your title doesn't read the same for parents of small children.

|
Point A: I get the feeling that all they do all day is hang out at that park and workout together. Try doing that with a business to run, kids to take care of, and a home that needs to be run.
Point B: Do they realize that they are really great at GYMNASTICS? |

I was going to say....no doubt they are incredibly fit people but chances are they couldn't squat their body weight 20 times. |

Point B: Do they realize that they are really great at GYMNASTICS? Point A: There are plenty of people that work full time jobs and have children that still manage to find 3-4 hours a week to exercise. Supplement that time sitting on the couch it's actually very easy. They may not fall into this category but still Point B: Male Gymanstics have excellent builds and are generally EXTREMELY strong based on their body weight. |

You should check the Cirque de Soleil at the Mirage. They've got two guys there that have incredible strength and balance.

Looks like they had lots of free time when they were in prison. Where are you getting that from? Many states removed weights and workout equipment from their prisons. Some of this was because the inmates were becoming huge. The ones who really wanted to stay in shape started doing these type of workouts. Just Google barstarzz and prison workout and you can find more info. I'm not knocking these guys. They have incredible strength. But I'm just being honest. |

I did 32 (good) push-ups in a minute and thoroughly impressed myself.
I have a loooong way to go. |
|
meh who cares? i bet they can't squat or deadlift shit...
for real though, that shit is impressive. i do a lot of stabilization stuff, rings, etc. but those guys made me tired just watching. |

Too bad they aren't quite good enough to pull up their pants!

Three or four hours and week will certainly get you there. %95 of it is based on diet. |

I've seen that before.... Pretty damn cool to see again.
I'd like to be that strong. |
|
My thoughts:
1. Wow- amazing core strength 2. I'm really wondering what their standard diet is 3. I found it funny that the only way they could wear their pants correctly was when they were inverted
|
|
Very, very, cool.
Of course, all the work required to achieve that, would bore me to the point of insanity, so I'd never do it. And, I don't believe for a second that they enjoy dinner as much as I do. |

Ring training is the most difficult.
Bars are static. Rings have a frictionless plane. Any asshole can lay down and push up a ton of weight... |

Quoted: Point B: Do they realize that they are really great at GYMNASTICS? No they aren't. Piss poor form, but I don't think that's what they're going for. |

Potential for gymnastics was probably what he was going for. I can do front levers, but I sure can't hold them that long. I don't think mine are as clean either. You can get there in 3-4 hours/week or you can not get there in 3-4 hours per week. Most of what prevents people from making gains and getting to the next level (if they're committing the time to working out) is the lack of intensity in their routine. I know for certain I could make further gains in my own performance if I would push myself further in doing "just one more rep" or making sure that my reps were always as clean as possible. |

No shit, check out the guy at 2:07's legs. I was looking the wheelchair he rode in on . I don't see how legs that small can move around that much weight |

Just looked at this video again and dropped to do twenty....
Fuck. I have alot of work to do. |
|
Wow, lots of hate in this thread....fat people sure get upset easy
I can do a shit ton of pullups and muscle ups too, but the stuff in that vid is impressive!!!

Case in point... check out the rings competition in the Olympics. As for the video, I can do a lot of pull-up and dips, but after 2 shoulder dislocations, I don't think I'll be trying this |

I can knock out lots of pull ups/dips, but this blows my mind. Never seen anything like it. Linky Yeah, it's pretty easy when you're muscular and have hardly any weight to you. |

I knew a guy who was like that in NY. Weighed 150lbs, was 5'7". Couldn't play sports worth a damn because he had no lower body power to project with. Still incredibly impressive.
