Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - I know I'm walkin a fine line here but has anyone looked at the new suzuki pickup?

I looked at a loaded Equator offroad package & compared it to a toyota tacaoma trd.

$1000 less & has a motor w/ about the same hp & a timing CHAIN.

Kind of impressed so far.  I have not test driven either as I was smoking a cigar & I don't think they would have let me in the trucks.

Like the looks better than the nissan & supposedly has a better waranty.  But no, I was not aware of that.

As a rebadged Nissan, it's probably a good vehicle, but Suzukis usually depreciate much faster than any other Japanese vehicle.  FWIW, if I wanted one, I'd just buy the Nissan.
