Bravo.

When I got to my first Permanent Duty Station I had a foot in a cast: I had sprained an ankle going down the stairs during AIT. I spend the last week of AIT in a walking cast. I forget how many weeks I was supposed to wear the cast. But as soon as it came off I started running. I never really stopped either.
